At the "Game Mode" screen, press Right, Up, B(2), A, B, Up, B(2), A to unlock
the USA Extreme bike.
50th Anniversary bike (yellow/white with black bar stripe):

Set your season to 2005 under the "Season" option. Then, win a Quick Race with
Valentino Rossi at Laguna Seca to unlock the 50th Anniversary bike (yellow/white
with black bar stripe).

Set your season to 2005 under the "Season" option. Then, win a Quick Race with
Valentino Rossi at Valencia to unlock the 50th Anniversary bike
(red/white/green).
Quick Race Extreme mode and tracks:

Win a Quick Race in GP mode with Valentino Rossi to unlock Quick Race Extreme
mode and tracks.
Extreme mode 600cc-1200cc:

Repeat all seventeen tracks to unlock more Extreme mode tracks.
